1. Digital Products (PDF Access)

Since our study materials include immediate lifetime access to digital PDF files upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds for digital purchases once the access has been granted and unlocked in your student portal. Please review the item description carefully before making a purchase.

2. Physical Products (Courier Delivery)

For physical printed tutes that are shipped to your address via courier, we offer replacements or refunds under the following specific conditions:

• The item received is significantly damaged or defective due to transit.
• The wrong item was shipped to you.

If you experience any of the above issues, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package by contacting our support team.

3. Payment Issues

If you experience a technical error where your card was charged but the document was not unlocked in your portal, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will manually unlock your document or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
